I don't know about the details, but wasn't there a way where scammers can pick off a specific pack with secrets/valuables from a box and leave the shit Pokemon EX behind if they know what to do?

Also that's just booster packs in a nutshell, there's a reason why purchasing singles is often deemed better for less expensive card games where useful cards can be reprinted on routine.

The most realistic chance would be Jenna or her pimp/dealer doing it. If I had to guess the circumstances Kat has a stroke or heart attack that causes brain damage of some sort and since he can't be bothered to take care of her he asks Jenna to come up for a few months to take care of her fat sister. After a few weeks of Phil's snide remarks trying to cut her down the way he does to Kat in his passive aggressive way to try and keep her there permanently, probably a bit of meth as well, she becomes the white Mike Tyson whips Phil's ass.

Yeah it happens. People would weight packs, or in some extreme dented cases, x-ray packs. But only grimey desperate fucks do that (and Chinese).

Because reasealing booster boxes and etb is highly difficult. And if you know what to look for, resealed boxes are easy to spot. So most people dont bother.

I haven't seen the box Phail got so I cant give my opinion. But honestly think its not resealed.
