As confirmed by this thread his mom didn't accept his transition. That scene of Jax talking about confessing something deeply personal to his mom and admitting not feeling he was man enough is a parallel to him confessing to his mom he is trans, and her not supporting him.

I thought Norman Bates type multiple personality disorder/schizophrenia was contrived when I watched Psycho a few years ago, but in light of this it's probably just what goes on inside the average grotesque tranny's mind at all times.

This is why Kinger is the least hated character when discussed online. He's the most likable out of all of them which is honestly really funny. It's been entertaining to watch fans in real time realize Goose is a flawed human being.
 
I’m going to be honest gooseworx reminds me a lot of Dennis Rader. Call me nuts but if you transported him back to the 70s he’d probably be top 15 serial killers on the U.S. and would have a crawl space full of rotting corpses or kill entire families just to relieve his AGP fantasies. You cannot tell me this guy is “ok” in the head with a drilling fetish. Even a bit of a similar backstory too, whereas Dennis was exposed heavily to BDSM porn magazines when younger, goose was creating his deviantart account in his teenage years due to autistic psychosexual fascination with several kinds of pornography. It lines up awfully well considering how much he loathes/envies women and self inserts as Jax so that he doesn’t blow up at them constantly.

Edit: I get that yes it was his black gay boyfriend who made him engage in it, however it is only his word. Plus to actively engage in it is… indicative of more than a few mental issues.
