Barring any new craziness, Friday 6/5/2026 will have the courts decision on the HRO from Aaron against Nick. But Aaron vs. Melton happens in the future, right?
I can't decide which outcome I am rooting for. I think Aaron winning would be more of an immediate funny, but any court order barring him from yelling about Aaron might help improve his terrible post-drug streaming show. Nick winning would be immediately terrible for his gloating, but that gloating and the predictable nonstop Aaron topics will make sure his streaming audience dwindles back toward 500 recovering crackheads. That is funny too.

I can't decide which outcome I am rooting for. I think Aaron winning would be more of an immediate funny, but any court order barring him from yelling about Aaron might help improve his terrible post-drug streaming show. Nick winning would be immediately terrible for his gloating, but that gloating and the predictable nonstop Aaron topics will make sure his streaming audience dwindles back toward 500 recovering crackheads. I feel Rekieta is now on a predestined path of slow decay and sooner or later the jackpot. I would like him to lose the HRO. I would like Melton to turn on him properly. But even if Rekieta wins the HRO in some amazing outcome and Melton stays his ally, Rekieta will still flame out and hit the jackpot sooner or later. The car crash is proof of that.

I’m not particularly rooting for any outcome at this point. I think a poll would be fun though. I’m predicting another win for the Toe, in the case of the HRO against Nick. Pretty sure Melton’s turn is coming at a later date, but I think it’ll probably go similarly to how Nicks does. (IIRC, the initial evidence against Melton was worse because of PaedoMelt’s sexual talk about Aaron’s child.)
What’s so funny about Nick’s life right now is how he screams around like a possessed muppet about what a great guy he is, how important he wants to be viewed as, to random wine moms in twitter spaces. It’s just pathetic. Nick doesn’t realize that even his idol, Juju the Cow, would never quite stoop to that level of pathetic. But Nick thinks he’s “doing a bloodsports” & looks really cool, screaming at the top of his lungs at wine moms who don’t even play that shit. He’s incapable of not losing his shit in every conversation he attempts. That type of loser behavior never “won” shit, anyway.

Has White (the Barneswalker) made any court appearances for any client since his surgery? Could the other guy handle the hearing in a semi-reasonable way for Nick?
From just some cursory perusal of what's public on MCRO, that situation doesn't appear to have changed for the better in recent months:
1. Court File No. 19AV-FA-25-2841 - On May 1st, the court issued an order noting Lewis' total failure to provide any previously ordered discovery or file any previously ordered briefing by April deadlines, resulting in an adverse determination against Lewis' client and suggesting that he is on the verge of being sanctioned with payment of the opponent's attorney fees after a review hearing scheduled to June 12th:

Court File No. 62-FA-17-790 - On May 10th, the court issued an order noting Lewis' failure to file any exhibit list or witness list needed for trial, and noting that Lewis' most recent desperate continuance request from May 6th had been denied, after which Lewis and White were both straight-up no-showsat a trialof which they had ample notice:
3. Court File No. 19AV-CR-25-10978 - At a hearing on May 22nd, by which time White would have had over a month to recover from his surgery and get back in the saddle, Lewis was still flying solo while browbeating his client into a guilty plea that got at least one annoying case off their plate:

It would appear that Lewis must have at least showed up on May 29th with a pulse to obtain yet another continuance to August, but that's cold comfort for their client who will continue to languish in jail under unaffordable $200K conditional bond or $500K unconditional bond conditions for an additional three months when a timely motion could have brought his suffering to an end five months ago, and he doesn't look too happy about it:
Far be it from me to Monday-morning-quarterback these distinguished legal experts or ponder whether they ought to have active OLPR files of their own by now, but from the above it at least seems like MAPton entrusting his very livelihood to a known galaxy gas enthusiast's recruitment of top legal talent maybe, just maybe, wasn't such a great idea.
I think it's funny and weird that if Nick hadn't ratted himself out about being in an accident and had just laid low for a few days, we probably never would have known that it happened sans maybe some tips or pic of the damaged Nissan.
