Look at criminal defendants who win. Look at how rich they are. Look how they ALWAYS hire one of these guys.To be fair - isn't jury analysis bullshit though? Does lawtube still do segments on this?

It was Murdaugh, that was when I finally gave up on thinking that even the trial coverage could be good. He had a fifteen minute plus meltdown over jury analysis being totally worthless and basically alienated the entire panel.
I know. I was there.
Has Nick, dare I say, been felted by Melton?
If Sean doesn't feel like he can talk about it I'd certainly understand, but I would also be curious to know if he was privy to any "what the fuck is going on" type DM groups during the final days of the meltdown. If it does not violate your personal code to answer, I would like to ask what the contemporary general mood/opinion was of Nick and that outburst from the other panelists and yourself?
Wasn't it Camelot, I think, who claims he was in a chat with Drex and maybe other people and were scheduling an intervention, but the arrest happened before they got it scheduled. If Sean doesn't feel like he can talk about it I'd certainly understand, but I would also be curious to know if he was privy to any "what the fuck is going on" type DM groups during the final days of the meltdown.
Nobody cares about what Coomalot "thinks," if you can even consider what goes on in his tiny little brain "thinking."Wasn't it Camelot, I think, who claims he was in a chat with Drex and maybe other people and were scheduling an intervention, but the arrest happened before they got it scheduled.
What probably happened was there were some texts along the lines of, "Whoa, you see Nick's stream last night? Maybe we should talk to Nick." "Ya man." And that was all.Nobody cares about what Coomalot "thinks," if you can even consider what goes on in his tiny little brain "thinking."
I'm becoming more and more convinced that Bob "Robert" Rekieta is as much of a degenerate and almost as much of a retard as his son. The apple may not have fallen far from the tree.Whatever funds his existence, "trust fund" or something else, it isn't the "Robert Lord Trust." Who else would name something this?
I fully believe coomalot when he says that Nick was probably giving his daughter cocaine medicinallyNobody cares about what Coomalot "thinks," if you can even consider what goes on in his tiny little brain "thinking."
If so, Bob at least has the decency to keep his deviancy private.I'm becoming more and more convinced that Bob "Robert" Rekieta is as much of a degenerate and almost as much of a retard as his son. The apple may not have fallen far from the tree.
I'm mostly with Nick on this one thing. Juries are unpredictable (which is why you don't want to end up in front of one). There's probably something, somewhere in there, but it's mostly tea-leaf reading coached in the language of 'analysis.'. Yet it's unfalsifiable, like a telephone psychic telling you, after the fact, that it turns out the 'great inheritance' you would receive when your grandpa died was actually wisdom instead of the money you were asking about the week before. Any adverse finding can be explained away and it's almost impossible to do real world study on whether analysis is valid because of the way juries work (mock trials just don't have the same stakes). To be fair - isn't jury analysis bullshit though?
Why wouldn't they? They're rich, and someone told them it was a good idea. Maybe someone who benefits on billable hours from it.Look at criminal defendants who win. Look at how rich they are. Look how they ALWAYS hire one of these guys.
I can't remember any specific discussions about how that spergout (at least none I was privy to) or about his overall decline. If Sean doesn't feel like he can talk about it I'd certainly understand, but I would also be curious to know if he was privy to any "what the fuck is going on" type DM groups during the final days of the meltdown.
No?To be fair - isn't jury analysis bullshit though?
One of the "other people" was supposedly Yellowflash.Wasn't it Camelot, I think, who claims he was in a chat with Drex and maybe other people and were scheduling an intervention, but the arrest happened before they got it scheduled.
