It was Murdaugh, that was when I finally gave up on thinking that even the trial coverage could be good. He had a fifteen minute plus meltdown over jury analysis being totally worthless and basically alienated the entire panel.

The whole panel had painfully stretched smiles and grins during that rant.

I know. I was there.

If it does not violate your personal code to answer, I would like to ask what the contemporary general mood/opinion was of Nick and that outburst from the other panelists and yourself?

Has Nick, dare I say, been felted by Melton?

Nick is trying to cling so hard to relevancy that he will be absolutely SHOCKED when Melton turns on him. Until then, he will east shit.

This is a post, not a reply, any idea what he's referring to?

I think he was tweeting on gas again and forgot to hit 'reply'. Or he is jus vagueposting like a teenage drama girl.

If Sean doesn't feel like he can talk about it I'd certainly understand, but I would also be curious to know if he was privy to any "what the fuck is going on" type DM groups during the final days of the meltdown.

Wasn't it Camelot, I think, who claims he was in a chat with Drex and maybe other people and were scheduling an intervention, but the arrest happened before they got it scheduled.

Nobody cares about what Coomalot "thinks," if you can even consider what goes on in his tiny little brain "thinking."

What probably happened was there were some texts along the lines of, "Whoa, you see Nick's stream last night? Maybe we should talk to Nick." "Ya man." And that was all.

Whatever funds his existence, "trust fund" or something else, it isn't the "Robert Lord Trust." Who else would name something this?
I'm becoming more and more convinced that Bob "Robert" Rekieta is as much of a degenerate and almost as much of a retard as his son. The apple may not have fallen far from the tree.

I fully believe coomalot when he says that Nick was probably giving his daughter cocaine medicinally

He seems to know what he's talking about with that

To be fair - isn't jury analysis bullshit though?
I'm mostly with Nick on this one thing. Juries are unpredictable (which is why you don't want to end up in front of one). There's probably something, somewhere in there, but it's mostly tea-leaf reading coached in the language of 'analysis.'. Yet it's unfalsifiable, like a telephone psychic telling you, after the fact, that it turns out the 'great inheritance' you would receive when your grandpa died was actually wisdom instead of the money you were asking about the week before. Any adverse finding can be explained away and it's almost impossible to do real world study on whether analysis is valid because of the way juries work (mock trials just don't have the same stakes).

In any case, in the context of 'content creators' (including more mainstream stuff on cable networks) it's slop that anyone can do as long as they throw in some buzzwords and don't have to worry about being wrong. Fills lots of time with very little effort/prep. It's perfect for vapid coverage.
Look at criminal defendants who win. Look at how rich they are. Look how they ALWAYS hire one of these guys.
Why wouldn't they? They're rich, and someone told them it was a good idea. Maybe someone who benefits on billable hours from it.

I can't remember any specific discussions about how that spergout (at least none I was privy to) or about his overall decline.

Keep in mind that Murdaugh was February 2023 and not very long after he was hollerin at me in November.

No?

IANAL, but I am pretty sure, if nothing else, it's EXTREMELY important during voir dire. A competent attorney would want to weed out jurors that display biases unfavorable to their client. After a jury is seated, you can further employ jury analysis to develop trial tactics that resonate with a particular jury in a way favorable to your side.

Jurors are human beings. Not robots. That means there's definitely a psychological side in all this.

Nick wouldn't understand any of this though, because Nick is both a sociopath and a charlatan.

Firstly, like all sociopaths, he genuinely does not give a shit how other people feel.

Secondly, his joke of a legal career is such where he's never had to use it.

I think he felt intimidated by real lawyers talking about things he has little to no comprehension of, and that's why he sperged out.

Wasn't it Camelot, I think, who claims he was in a chat with Drex and maybe other people and were scheduling an intervention, but the arrest happened before they got it scheduled.
One of the "other people" was supposedly Yellowflash.

There's a summary of a 2024 stream where Coomalot sorta-kinda goes into it here.

Among other things, Coomy claims that he was ready to buy a plane ticket, but then the 5-0 bashed down Nick's door.

EDIT: Fixed link.

Nick is live on YouTube, Rumble and Locals.
Nick's EQ is fucked, its way too loud.

Nick is streaming.

I tuned in and he was (jokingly?) ripping into a member who joined on YouTube called 'emileauturi', saying that 'auturi' meant 'retarded' in French (it is not), and 'emile' is French, so automatically retarded. He 'do[es] not know how long they will be around', but thanked them for the money.

Is Nick seeing trolls everywhere? BMJ 'rats' cross-over feature?

nigger fix your fucking mic setup

Nick has showercalled Kurt through Nate, apparently to "inform" Kurt that the Turtlelogs are making up lies.
He has not received a response from via Nate, suggesting he will directly showercall Kurt if he does not get a response.

Nick: "I reached out to Nate to ask him to tell Kurt that this person said that... And I hope Kurt will talk to that person and ask them to not say said thing.... I have not heard anything back yet." (heavily paraphrased)
I hope Nate and Kurt does an NYPA and just continues to ghosts Nick.

Nick addresses the Early-Leopard, he confirms it real.
He downplays it as "wanting to talk about the topic, which is something personal (Aaron) instead of me".

Nick, you were using it to harass Aaron anonymously and promote yourself, you sad fucking cuck.
He signs off the topic with "c'est la vie", which is Balldospeak for "I'm not mad, your mad".
