I guess I'm assuming that a Seasonal Support Driver is what he was actually angling for, which would mean using a personal vehicle instead of one that UPS gives you. They used to just call them PVDs (Personal Vehicle Drivers), but switched to SSD terminology a few years ago. I don't know if they take on temp workers for jobs other than that, or what the path to getting a more permanent job by spring-boarding off of that looks like. Their website tries to suggest it is a way to get your foot in the door, but all of their Q&As on the position are phrased in such a way that I suspect they were written by actual anthropomorphic weasels.

Somehow I don't think flooding the docket with extra crap, that is basically a sneak preview of an appeal, will matter to any judge when you already said that you were going to appeal in three weeks anyway just two weeks ago. This filing is as pointless as when he e-mails the filings to judges in the cases he is forced to physically mail them, demanding they read the e-mails now so they can instantly have a ruling ready when the snail mail arrives. Making demands in e-mails just isn't working out in Acerfat's favor.
