Inclusivity to me means give two people with similar qualifications a fair shot, what it does not mean is hire a hundred pajeets or sheboons in the place of one competent person.
The diversity shit puts workers at risk too. We have guys in the shop that violate safe work procedures on a daily basis and no amount of reporting against them has any action. It's maddening. Everyone just "let's it go". Companies are so afraid of getting hit with a discrimination claim they would rather let people potentially die than kick a pajeet off site

It ties right back to those assholes over the WEF trying to change the culture. The future that they desire for the rest is 'Eat the Bugs, Own Nothing, Be Happy' Now, does that mean all companies are pozzed? Of course not. Had a lovely meeting for work with the boss and a counterparty which was lead by an older Indian and an American. Trying to steer these two to discuss "the brass tacks" of the business and getting a) an American who is being understanding but also trying to avoid the questions (because they don't have it) and then b) this Indian who can't STFU, can't not stop interrupting us or his American partner, can't stop talking about everything but "the brass tacks", even got a number of the classic "sir, you are not understanding", a head wobble or two. Did you guys know about the concept of Kala Pani?
