God yes, please. PLEASE. I've always been a proponent of King Mersh fucking all the women Ralph is fucked. As much as Piggly Wiggly hollers about "You kissed a woman who's licked my ass", it still deeply upsets him because he's an insecure, overly emotional woman.
Scarlett would be great because she'd have no issues ranting who Ralph's limp dick or sexual inadequacies, and she's not really afraid of the hollerin' reprocrussions that follows.
