This poll is always funny to me because according to TIMs like Alex Caraballo and Tony Reed, the only reason support for trans people is going down is because of a smear campaign by the Trump administration and that once he's gone, people will see trans people as people who just want to "live their lives" and acceptance is around the corner. Its like I said before, the whole "Listen to trans people" argument hasn't really helped at all because even setting aside how crazy a lot of them are, I feel like if you even tried listening to them about why they see themselves as the gender they identify with, its always either a stereotypical idea of what the sex they want to be is (woman = dresses, makeup, etc) and if you try to explain them that not all women like those things and still see themselves as women, they then argue that they aren't saying that's what women are. Which is pretty much contradicting their first argument.

These figures are brutal. I personally believe the discrimination part is due to the fact that it involves the government, in addition to the egalitarian ideals the US was founded upon. But the fact that even that is in decline, and not even Democrats hold this as one of their core tenets in full, whether in the past or now, let's someone know that trannies represent something that not even ardent supporters of Freedom and Equality can support.
