Saying you don't agree with content creators cancelling other creators in another platform but you're okay with them still hanging around in your platform as if nothing had happened is wishy-washy bullshit. The point is not cancel the contract for Jeremy's speech, but for his actions.
If you run Rumble, and you have a content creator that's advocating for another content creator to be taken off the same platform, they're not helping it. It's disruptive, it's a problem that you have to solve by telling for them to please stop doing that. And if you don't and you actually agree to their demands, well, even worse, because you stopped being a free speech platform.
If Jeremy had done this to Tim Pool (meaning, had Rumble had banned Tim Pool from having a channel on Rumble because Hambeast ordered it), then Rumble would've been cooked. Many (if not everyone) without a contract would leave. If they actually think that it doesn't matter to them because it happened to a content creator in another platform, then they don't understand the optics. If Hambeast is willing to do it to someone in another platform, why wouldn't he try to do it to someone on Rumble? Everyone who has a channel at Rumble is now looking at each other and going: "I don't know if I wanna be in the same platform as this flaggot fuck..."
And that's not even getting into the question of whether Rumble is financially solvent enough to deal with this headache...

After he really started to go off the rails and make his show something that didn't resemble the original content, and that the viewership begin to decline significantly, Rumble cancelled his contract (this was before his arrest).
