Nick has a weed prescription and doesn't remember if he hit his weed vape recently.
He says the hearing is Monday June 1st or Friday June 5th.
He is going to tell Aaron (through this vid if he wants to watch, or whatever) his legal strategy.
When he approached Johnson he was just doing a friendly gesture as a lawyer, suspended or not, to remind him of the harassment statute. He said this in a very calm, normal voice. Johnson said he didn't hear him so Nick says the same thing a little louder. He was weirded out when Johnson said he didn't hear him.
He now knows Johnson responds to childish behavior like a child instead of like a professional. His new legal strategy is to needle Johnson like this going forward. He admits it was a ridiculous thing to approach Johnson like this.
Says Johnson looks like a alcoholic.
In Nick's retelling he misses the fact that Johnson was tricking him into speaking up so the judge could hear.

He was able to remind Kristen Pierce of who he is harkening back to the days where they practiced law opposite of each other.
One person was holding the whole process up and was working with the attorneys office (which he says is illegal). Once Kristen was out of step with them the CPS process ended almost immediately.
Still says the kids still don't know anything that went on relationship/drug-wise. Says the kids never put things together so they didn't have to figure out an explanation for everything.
