I saw people sharing some direct jeralyzer links, and it gave me a couple more ideas this morning
  • URLs are now sharabull: copy the page URL after clicking a timestamp and it will load the video at that point when opened elsewhere.
  • Videos are now clippabull and downloadabull: hit the start clip and end clip buttons at specific points in the video to capture timestamps. You can then use the "download" button to generate a yt-dlp command that downloads the opened video at those clips.
    • Only the time clipping flag is added, so make sure the yt-dlp config on your machine chooses a web-compatible format like mp4 or webm. It defaults to mkv for me with all config disabled.
    • Can't run yt-dlp? Share a command/link to someone who can. This ain't a preservetube clone, that would be a nightmare.
    • Remember, archive everything!
  • Matches across lines are now findabull: Search now considers the surrounding transcript lines. This makes searching considerably heavier, but now it can catch matches that are split between lines.
    • I might make this configurabull later.
  • Search now requires hitting enter instead of attempting on each keystroke. Trying to fire off a search every keystroke had terribull lag.

I had ffmpeg remove duplicate frames to keep the demo as short as possible, the site's fast for what it is but not that fast.

Good to know, I figured the streams would have his biggest blunders so I went there first. The "backend" can handle it, I just don't want to blow up people's browsers. Probably just pagination or something will be good enough.

I listened to maybe the first ten minutes of the stream today while I was stuck in traffic. Jer switched streaming software and was blown away by basic bitch features that didn't exist in whatever entry level shit he was using before. So he's apparently fucking around with it trying to figure it out live on stream, my guy you have the rest of your life to work out these issues. No one has ever taken shit for granted more than Jeremy. Then he starts talking about how he wants to stream that video game again and how his last gaming stream he was "DSPesque" his words. IDK what you are talking about Jer you were killing.

All I can say is that Jeremy can not be allowed to stream video games again, we would be entirely too owned and might have to delete the farms. He's just winning so hard when he streams himself playing video games and totally owning trolls in chat with 5d chess surprise broom sweeps. I cancel all my plans just to sit home and watch him just chilling and crushing it and smoke comes out my ears like a cartoon knowing that there's nothing I can do stop him from drinking and having epic gaming streams. I am punching holes in drywall right now and yelling slurs, JEREMY PLEASE DON'T GET DRUNK AND STREAM YOURSELF PLAYING VIDEO GAMES I'M BEGGING YOU NOT TO MOG US ALL THIS HARD!
