It's been speculated that the bull Adam may be an investor in jer's channels right? Maybe he's invested in more than just jeremy's garbage regarding youtube and he's the one with the actual connections in youtube by virtue of being a somewhat known bankroller to people inside.

Would be an alternative to the baffling pull jer showed in taking down the casino's clip channel.
 
I didn't even know Jer's parents are still alive. That means once they die Jeremy can become a slumlord until the tenants get adverse possession since Jer Jer Binks is incapable of succeeding in any business venture.
