Just don't stream, if you need to post make a small text statement and take time off to grieve. Loss is difficult but using a faceless crowd of fans to vent is at best extremely unhealthy. Even if she's really isolated she must have some work friend she could talk to, grieving with a coworker definitely isnt ideal but it's sure better then your sycophantic fans.
