I'm not expecting a bodycams footage, for the same reasons you're stating. My curiosity is whether there are written reports from the officers involved in the arrest that were preserved. Or even charging documents. That would probably include details of the crime or what was initially alleged. But here again, I don't know if those records still exist or what the correct avenue for obtaining them would be if they did. Maybe charging documents are on the Wisconsin Court site, but I couldn't figure out how to find them if they were.
