Chances are that their channel rep is a contractor, so not an in-house YouTube employee. That would be why they would claim they can't escalate it any higher: it's not that there's some prohibition from above, but rather that the chasm between in-house and contractor is massive and one-way. Contractors have doubtless been trained that when they spy a termination like this, it's for ample cause -- and they probably lack the tools to investigate the circumstances of the banning, hence why they have that corporate disclaimer.

This also more-or-less confirms that the clips channel's termination was done from-above by Jer calling in a favor, because these contractors should be able to see the initial report tickets in order to explain what content, specifically, was struck. That they can't provide anything suggests that they can't see anything with their permissions. I also want to point out that this is highly suspect: usually, even when someone calls in to this company to get a channel struck / removed, there's still some kind of paper trail that's been acted upon. That's why I still hold to my tinfoil hat that Jer greased this rep's palms, because this is highly unusual.

By contrast, H3's rep (among plenty others) is likely someone in-house given the size of his channel, so I would be much more hopeful for something to come from that. It would still take several days for their content to be moved back from YT's offline servers and re-integrated into the algo, as well as for YT to perform an in-house audit of the action and see whether the channel was terminated with just-cause or not even so.

If you’ve seen any of the clip vids on that channel, there’s a lot that isn’t edited. Like you’d have occasional NIGGER bleeped here, but not there. Same with FAGGOT, among many other examples. It’s incredibly sloppy work on some of the vids, including recent ones.

I say that because these instances could be reason enough for the channel staying banned by Google’s terms.

I've got a Planefinder membership (for "reasons") and they've got a pretty decent (lengthy) flight history for the craft. Annoyingly they don't seem to know how to figure out what the "to/from" airports were even though they've got the full fuckin' flight paths for all these flights, so it's a bit retarded, but I can get the flight specifics by hand for any of these listed flights if anybody wants:

This is a turning point for Hannah Claire. This would result in a specific Community Guidelines strike on the affected videos and a complaint which would have a paper-trail that entry-level community managers could see, and there wouldn't be some "oh, we can't tell you what you did wrong." As per their own FAQ on it:

When you get a strike, you're told via email. You can also choose to have notifications sent to you through your mobile and computer notifications, and in your channel settings. We’ll also tell you:
  • What content was removed
  • Which policies it violated (for example harassment or violence)
  • How it affects your channel
  • What you can do next

This is not what happened here. Even if multiple videos were all flagged at once, the singular instance would be a strike that carries the penalties laid-out in that article - you get effectively banned for a week, and the 90-day window to avoid getting 2 more strikes starts.

The only plausible case for them to be all-at-once terminated was if the channel was already surfing on 2 strikes, and they somehow hid these strikes from public knowledge with... creative holiday breaks? But even this is fallacious, as a video which gets a strike is deleted.

As well, there is an appeals process for strikes. However, this avenue obviously doesn't exist if there is no record of strikes which caused the termination in the first place.
