It’s a safe assumption that MTGHeadquarters is the channel that Jer’s been using for his flagging shenanigans. It’s the longest existing of his current channels and the gmail he uses was made with the channel in mind. You can't. I have a decade old account with report history just as old. There is no option to clear this yourself. I am genuinely convinced he had his rep clear it for him. With someone with as fragile of an ego as Jer, I cannot accept he never issued a single report from his main account in the 10+ years he's been on Youtube.
The pictures of his gmail inbox show that he also receives notifications about his other channels: TheQuartering, QuarteringLive, Jeremy Hambly, etc, meaning they were all made with that same gmail.
However, since the Boulder Stream happened 3 years into his run as the Quartering, he likely knew to keep his flagging off his main channel not too long into his career.
But that begs the question, what about the flagging history Quartering showed on the Boulderstream?
It’s possible that this video was flagged using his now terminated channel, MidWestly.
The Boulderstream was done on a Google hangout where Quartering had this profile picture. It’s the same profile picture that his MTG email has. The MidWestly channel also had this profile picture.
In the call, you can also see his google username of MidWestly at the bottom (this username also shows up in the email Quartering shared today).
Google accounts can have multiple channels and all of Quartering’s other channels were made with the MTG email. However, the MidWestly channel existed before TheQuartering, being made August 3rd, 2013 according to SocialBlade (2 years before he created Quartering).
So it’s possible that he was logged into MidWestly when he showed his report history.
Then after the Boulderstream, he kept flagging to his hobby channel instead of his Quartering channel in case he ever caught himself in a Jarbo-esque situation (having lucked out with his only flag before the Bouldstream being on his MidWestly channel). That way, he could pull what he did the other day and claim that he technically didn’t flag anybody because of his empty report history on the main channel.
