This isn't even like "oh they could give it to Russia or China!", the Russians have already gotten their hands on jammed & dud SDBs in Ukraine & Kursk.
If the Russians have it they've presumably already given it to the Chinese - but again it's basically just a guided glide bomb.
Both Russia and China already have guided glide bombs and Iran doesn't even have an air force to launch guided glide bombs.

In a vacuum, maybe. But the thing is, you open the gates of Hell when you do so. In WWII, the nukes were an element of surprise. Now they're threat that several countries have. Using a nuke means that, on some basic level, it's now deemed a reasonable military response on a global scale. No one wants to let Russia or North Korea know that nukes are an acceptable responses until things get truly FUBAR. And frankly, Russia and North Korea don't want to start that either if they "don't have to."
This is why Mr. RW said this outlook is retarded - it'd be stupid to open Pandora's Box when Granite bombs are cheaper and can do so as well, to say nothing of good ol fashion missiles. The fear mongering about nukes, while technically not a 0% probability, shows they don't know how many options the USA has to destroy those bridges and power plants.
Unless it's like a specific nuke case use - (i.e. a nuclear bunker buster) - resorting to using nukes isn't exactly "winning" energy.
It's pretty much confirmation that you do not trust your conventional forces to get the job done (or at least without high and unacceptable casualties), and that you have likely exhausted all other options.

Iran still had active S-300 at the start of this conflict.
Given that the only shoot downs Iran has had have been from MANPADS rather than long-range SAM hits, it's likely the radars to actually operate it were already destroyed in the opening days.
Why the TEL is just now being bombed (assuming the footage isn't from like February), I don't know.
Maybe someone suspects a Russian or Chinese radar (or reserve radar for the Bavar) might be in-country somewhere but hiding out and yet to be deployed?
Maybe they are eliminating it before Iran can start lobbing 5V55 missiles like cruise missiles? (Like Russia does)
Maybe missile TELs all look the same from 5000ft and an F-35/F-15 pilot thought they were hitting a ballistic missile TEL and turns out it was a SAM TEL?
