During the Biden Administration, Arizona saw a flux of new apartments going up to house the incoming flux of Illegal migrants into the area. With the new administration tackling illegal immigration, it seems rents are now extremely low in Arizona.

Obviously, this is one state with a unique circumstance, so don't take this as country-wide, but it is interesting to see administration impacts.
BREAKING: The "experts" are in a state of SHOCK after local news is forced to report rent prices are PLUMMETING in Arizona

Apartments are even offering up to 3 MONTHS FREE

Glendale: -8.3%
Tempe: -7.6%
Chandler: -6.4%
Scottsdale: -4.6%
Phoenix: -3.2%

We voted for this!

That kind of sucks. I don't know the specifics, but she did the right thing with the files for reasons that people on here are too stupid to understand.
As has been said she leaked details of an investigation into Democrat Eric Swalwell to Eric Swalwell for some reason. That’s a big no-no ‘gonna get you fired every time’ offense with POTUS.

Man. If Pam Bondi DID leak investigation material to Swallwell, I'm glad she got booted. She was already starting to earn my ire over the bullshit regarding a lot of the fraud investigations. When she kept going on network television to brag about the Epstein shit, that just pissed me and a whole lot of other people off, then Trump went on ahead and released the files anyway. Pam Bondi was fucking useless and I'm glad she's gone.

I wish you spent more time reading the thread than reading BRIC browns and their pet states propaganda, I don't even think my huge effort post about her is even two pages back.
I'm still a huge proponent of just firing people when they do a shitty job, even when it comes to politics. It's a concept that shouldn't be controversial.

Before Trump came into office you rarely heard of anyone ever losing their jobs for anything. Hell, the head of the FBI at the time when Trump got shot only resigned because of pressure but she wasn't fired.

Something about reddit state/city subs is that, they're weirdly removed from that state/city's dynamics.

For example, texas sub is out to get Cruz while nyc sub whines about Mamdani all day. Yet Cruz seems to win his elections everytime, and Mamdani has high approval ratings.
I was going to say something similar: the place I live in Texas is the same.

Oh please enlighten us. I have no idea how "the files are here on my desk" can be a 500 IQ move.
Schrödinger's Files have the amazing ability to make Trump complicit in child rape whether they're released or not. If he doesn't release them it's because he is in them. If he does release them then that's several thousand pages of things that can be taken out of context, but nobody will actually read, and just go "Donald Trump is a pedophile" because either the news says so, it's funnier or it makes them fit in somewhere. They will redefine the meta in political mud-slinging, which is ironic since Trump also did that by being an abrasive populist asshole in public debates.

ffs man, you need to do a teeny tiny bit of reading on this stuff. All over teh thread it's been mentioned. She leaked the details of eric swalwell's investigation TO him. That's why she got fired, that was the final straw.
Oh thank God, she's so profoundly stupid that I think the most retarded drug addicted and brain damaged tranny moderator from bluesky would have a better understanding of the legal system than her.

something something Eglin Air Force base, something something dead internet, you get the picture.

I honestly didn't think it would happen, but she clearly isn't being fired if she is getting her belly rubbed on the way out. Trump should have said that this bottle blonde bimbo was even bad at sucking his dick and won't be missed. Unfortunately, I have doubts that Todd Blanche will do better, but we will see.
Trump doesn't have a reason to blast her, so he won't. He's a man of business, you don't throw allies under the bus just because they're retarded, you keep the aggression for your enemies. She was unfit for the job, but kicking her while she's down just makes you look bad and causes your remaining allies to question whether they'll get the same treatment. He probably leaned on her to resign quietly, gave her a nice review on the way out and maybe a connection to something more her speed. You don't make friends sperging out at everyone over everything.

they did a ton of rezoning (aka builders bribing local government) to turn commercial / industrial lots into residential. promptly a ton of commie block 4 story goypartments were built and nobody moved in. there are vacant apartments everywhere now, on top of that there are entire suburban subdivisions that have been built in the middle of nowhere that again, nobody is moving into. the interesting part about it is that regardless of rent prices the actual cost of buying a house is still vastly overpriced, nobody buys them, and somehow the builders can not only never go bankrupt but continue building without any major price drops to move inventory. for as much as rent falls and apartments stay vacant god almighty do they keep building them. i would assume that it's just to get assets on a piece of paper so builders can have loan collateral but i don't really know. there's a scam somewhere in all of this.

I prefer the more simple theory. There’s just no money in space right now. People won’t move a muscle if they can’t make a profit off of space.
*simpler theory

Why the fuck do so many people not seem to know about the -er suffix?

Using “more x” for every comparative makes you look like a 5-year old or a jeet, people.
