let me just be very brief because it's on topic now, yesterday he mentioned Golden Sun again, which happens to be my personal favorite turn based RPG of all time..
this time he couldn't remember exactly if he played 2 or 3 of the games in that series when asked by a chatter. he moved on immediately without recalling a single memorable thing from those games.

Perhaps my favorite part of DSP space gaming is that Phil is constantly trying to find or manufacture some VIRAL MOMENT to get people to like him again.

It's also kinda amazing that this nigga still thinks it's 2011 where he thinks an audience is captured by virality. In trying to understand how he thinks about content creation, I'm inclined to think thus: I think if you ask DSP to rank the top 100 most relevant content creators today he'd still put himself, Wings, LTG, and Ralph in there. I also don't think he understands how low the barrier of entry is to content creation in current year. Finally, I don't think he understands just how washed he is when he thinks there are new audiences to win over. Who's really in the market for old fat gay polacks who are bad at video games and the main content is begging?

I would even say that also extends to detractors. This is a pretty bold claim but I don't think anyone in the DSP subforum is under 30 years old. Every single person who regularly posts here is a crusty arthritis-havin old ass unc who was around back in the day when DSP's biggest "mainstream" detractors were retsupurae and super best friends play. We're not capturing any hot young doods who fall into the vortex.
