Taking a little moment here to remember @Gehenna, who passed away a year ago today. Almost missed it, we found out on the 26th, but his son said he had passed away on Sunday, which was the 23rd. Ended up busy today and almost forgot about it.

He was always a good poster that had good insights, even outside his Anonymous on the Internet Trust Me Bro inside information.

One of his big points I try to remind spergs in this thread as it happens, was to not to worry over voting results until you have around 70% reporting. Before that it's all noise. People lose their shit over as little as 5% reporting and start dooming.
Rest in peace, @Gehenna. I hope you are watching us squabble ineffectively with each other alongside the Lord. Please, give me the strength to resist bait if you're still wasting your time in heaven reading KF.

Tranny? Nigger you've been told by 4 fucking people and myself. No one cares about what stats you are editing to make your claims. Shut the fuck up.
Buddy you're definitely mad at the Internet. You oughta take a step away from the computer. Get some ice water. Relax. It's not that serious. I'm the biggest racist you're ever going to meet, and I agree with you both. You should've said almost none, and exegesis is just baiting you into being angry because it's an easy point to say you're wrong on.

>doesn't care about sources anymore now that I brought up census records
Mad because you lost an argument? Swallow your pride, it's only USPG2.
@MetokurGroomedMe Also, sometimes Latinos were counted as white (some preferred to just be considered "other") until recent years which skews the numbers making white people seem more common.

In less than 24 hours we're hopefully going to see ICE personnel deployed in an international airport in Atlanta. Thoughts? Expatiations? There's the potential for a lot of seething over this. Also if all goes well it's a possible bargaining item to get the SAVE act passed.
When I heard about ICE going to the airports, I figured they might be supplementing security by helping people go to the appropriate lines in a timely and orderly fashion upon arrival to the terminals.

Especially given reports I've seen so far that they're rather drastically reducing wait times at the security checkpoints and it's going much more smoothly. That's something that impacts millions of travelers per year. Even if ICE is only involved for a week, people are going to remember how nice, easy and smooth air travel was in the US that one time ICE helped out for a week. That'll stay with people a long time (especially the ones who have to keep traveling once ICE is done and the TSA fuckwits resume "normal" operations).
To be blunt, TSA-era security sucks even without long wait times. It's not uncommon for people or their luggage to be scanned more thoroughly for no other reason than TSA agents can do so with impunity. Having longer lines only makes the experience that much worse.

Anything ICE can do to help keep lines moving and the make security process go smoother will be noticed by anyone without anti-ICE biases. Government entities aren't known for their efficiency or helpfulness, so people won't forget the rare occasions when either or both are true.

It's expensive but I regularly saw it over $6 under Biden and no one ever said a fucking thing.
Agreed. When I filled up with gas this weekend, it was 96 cents more than when I filled up prior to the Middle East happenings. Gas hovering around the $4/gallon mark isn't pleasant for those with tight budgets, but it's not the worst it's been, either.

Today, I saw a graphic taking a shot at Trump over the average US gas price being higher now than it was at the end of Biden's term. I love how the price was cherry-picked because Biden's term also saw gas be $5 on up per gallon in 2022.

It's no wonder people distrust these arguments or even the media as a whole when they make such blatant apples to oranges comparisons. Add AI to the mix and I can understand why anyone is instantly skeptical of anything they view nowadays.

Don't be racist, ebonics are just the way that I talk
You can talk however you want, I'm just saying it does you no good to get MATI because someone said "Minor spelling error,"

Laugh it off. If you have to seethe, at least seethe privately. I promise you, you will have a much better time in USPG2 if you let shit that bothers you bounce off like water on a duck's ass feathers.

Getting angry and arguing about things like this is only going to make you look like Stud on a drinking night.

I actually don't care about the census data. You posted the wrong shit, and even if you hadn't fumbled the bag, I really am not interested. My parents never participated in the census. I never met a White American who did the census, because what business of it is the governments? The census is highly skewed towards specific groups and their willingness to participate. Whenever you look at census data, the first thing you should realize is that a lot of White Americans flat out refuse it.

We've provided you anecdotes from residents, we've provided you history of Tijuana, we've referenced the arrival of the US Navy, we even deferred to Hippolito Bouchard, even though you probably don't even know who that was. You found one source that agrees with you nigger, and you're clinging desperately to it. You know what that's called? CHERRYPICKING. You're fucking wrong. You've never set foot in the state. Learn to shut the fuck up about land that's not yours.

I'd rather deal with the eses than niggers, jeets or sand niggers.
Same. At least Mexican ladies are hot and they all are catholic foundation. Jeets are ugly, pollute, smell bad, and worship a gigantic monkey man statue - All the same can be said about Muslims except they worship a pedo retard.

Also a meteorite. Don't forget that they come from all around the world to mecca to pray to a fucking meteorite.

You posted the wrong shit
Check my post again, I provided a direct link to census document published in November 2002.

Anecdotal evidence won't help you you know.
If we're gonna have a discussion about demographics, then what could you possibly use to talk about it with certainty besides census records?

I'm not looking for it to "save me". I think you're a faggot for relying on the census. Either a foreigner or a democrat. There's no axiom to continue the conversation.
You've invalidated yourself in my eyes. "UHM EXCUSE ME I HAVE STATS FROM THE FEDS, THEY'RE THE EXPERTS!!!"

Okay well you can take your stats and shove them up your ass, I have 250 years of American historiography that says there wasn't shit south of San Jose, and I am born and raised here and I've seen the before and after. The conversation is over. There is nowhere to go. I'm not going to disbelieve my eyes because you have census data. That's retarded.

I don't accept what you seem to think is ultimately authoritative. Sorry bud. I reject your entire framework.

I mean... does the census say there was more than none?
If it does, than that means there were some, which is more than none, and that's how this whole thing started.
Like I just said when I messaged you guys, let's get off this so nobody catches a thread ban and just chalk it up to "inappropriate wording" and move on.

Mental gymnastics above me.
Census records prove you wrong, this isn't China, the US actually puts in effort to keep it mostly accurate.

Reminder that @Lip Glossary is an Australian retard ignorant to American history.

As one of the older users here and a California native I can lend some clarity to this debate about San Diego and Mexicans. The old guard of Mexicans living in California, who once called themselves ‘Chicanos’ although I don’t really hear that term anymore, actually came from back East originally. They were migrant workers who eventually settled in California’s Central Valley, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Orange County. These places had plenty of work for them. Farms were abundant. San Diego was an undeveloped swampy area at the time. They were more likely to reside in Imperial County next door, a place full of farms and to this day the most Mexican part of California. Most of these people were not illegal aliens in the modern sense, though probably would have trouble proving their citizenship due to poor records and their migratory history. That said I’m sure there were people who did cross the border without inspection.

This old guard is what makes up most of the Latino population in places like Los Angeles today. They speak Spanish that doesn’t sound like the Spanish in Mexico. They are largely American, though may host and enable illegal relatives who have crossed recently. They can be good or bad. There are many bad ones that get themselves into gangs and other dumb shit, but I hold them, generally, in higher regard than to illegal aliens.

Now the recent wave of illegal aliens came later and they came up from Mexico through the border. This is mixed in from legitimate immigrants from places like Tijuana (who tend to be whiter and richer). They speak a very different style of Spanish from the people I mentioned above. They are not familiar with American culture or manners very much so they stick out like a sore thumb. They are all over San Diego, Imperial, the Central Valley, and the Inland Empire, the first because it’s close to the border and they can ‘do business’ in Mexico more easily, and the latter places because there is work for them there. There isn’t as much work for them in OC and LA so they don’t go up there as much, but you’ll see them if they have family in those places that can enable them (from the previous group I mentioned).

This is all a rough generalization. There’s more to the story, but I hope that gives some history and explanation as to why San Diego was more white than places more north to it for many years.
