getting one special forces guy with a backpack full of plutonium smuggled across the US/Mexico border and having him blow himself up in downtown NYC is probably easier to pull off than getting an ICBM past americas missile defense systems tbhThe only countries that could pursue would have to be nuclear superpowers already and dedicating the money and time necessary to build it isn't worth when you already have ICBMs. It's not impossible. America or China could possibly build one but why?
Yes and that's why the Biden Admin was probably the worst admin in the history of the United States. The border shit pissed so many people off.getting one special forces guy with a backpack full of plutonium smuggled across the US/Mexico border and have him blow himself up in downtown NYC is probably easier to pull off than getting an ICBM past americas missile defense systems tbh
Trump could be sending out mixed signals to confuse the enemy or keeping his options open.
Getting radioactive materials into NYC is harder than you think. During the drone sightings a couple years ago the radiation alarms went off in a number of tunnels in NYC. No explanation was every given.getting one special forces guy with a backpack full of plutonium smuggled across the US/Mexico border and have him blow himself up in downtown NYC is probably easier to pull off than getting an ICBM past americas missile defense systems tbh
That was the whole drones debacle right? They had nuke sniffers out if I remember correctly was never confirmed but pretty sure that's what it was.Getting radioactive materials into NYC is harder than you think. I've always wondered about the feasibility of a suitcase nuke because it's a completely different thing than a raped suicide bomber with a barrel of TNT in their ass. An actual suitcase nuke is theoretically possible but highly infeasible because the technological difficulty in building one makes it a pointless endeavor to pursue.
A 'dirty bomb' is not a nuclear weapon. It's a conventional weapon with radioactive materials. It would cause a huge explosion and the radiation emitted would make it deadlier than the conventional munitions alone but the amount of damage it can actually do is far below a nuclear warhead. Dirty bombs are possible but luckily, no one's attempted to detonate one yet so it's still theoretical speculation at this point.
Keep in mind that it doesn't literally have to fit in a suitcase. Hiding it in a box truck or shipping crate could also do the trick.suitcase nukes are possible, both america and russia developed some during the cold war
america also had nuclear warheads small enough to fit in an artillery shell, those would be light enough to be carried around by a man with a backpack
They're not mutually exclusive. If you were going to get serious about attacking Iran and seizing territory, destroying their infrastructure to weaken them would be the correct first step.Option 1: Strike energy infrastructure
Option 2: Seize Kharg Island and the Straits’ chokepoint
Option 1 is being signaled by Trump through that last tweet, and matches some of the talk of starting a draw down of forces. Bombing the infrastructure would probably doom the state, not much more to do at this point if thats the next target.
Option 2 is signaled by marine forces being sent over in recent days. And would align with talk earlier this week about finishing the job.
Trump could be sending out mixed signals to confuse the enemy or keeping his options open.
I guess does not make sense with the tweet though. I think the plan now since Iran is forcing the Strait to be an issue is to probably seize the Island and have civilians take up arms sooner rather then later. They're trying to get the IRGC to be getting attacked from so many angles it thins there resources whatever is left of them. They're not mutually exclusive. If you were going to get serious about attacking Iran and seizing territory, destroying their infrastructure to weaken them would be the correct first step.
I agree that would be something Iran or North Korea or Cobra would do but they can't because the actual tech is way beyond their grasp. If an existing nuclear power were to develop one, it would take a lot of time and money to do something they can already do and there's no benefit to any functioning country to pull of a suitcase nuke attack. If you are at the point of nuking someone, the capabilities already exist. A true lightweight warhead would need 22 pounds of plutonium or 133 pounds of uranium, not to mention the weight of whatever other high tech doo-dads are necessary to make it go off.getting one special forces guy with a backpack full of plutonium smuggled across the US/Mexico border and have him blow himself up in downtown NYC is probably easier to pull off than getting an ICBM past americas missile defense systems tbh
The Iranians can hit Kharg Island with Shaheds that are launched from austere launch sites anywhere in Iran. They could target it with their shorter range missiles as well. I doubt they'd use artillery because that'd get hit withing minutes. Can any expert like goatse guy or someone else tell me how the US cant defend Hormuz Strait laymanlike?
I mean, in today's military satellite strength and weapons ranges I'd expect the USA to simply flatten anyone firing at a ship. Maybe unlike RTS you just cant build turrets in range I guess![]()
The US can't. They would need to invade and control most if not all of southern Iran to do so. And ground invasions of Iran will cost tens of thousands of US lives at a minium to get any headway. Irans mountainous and its easy to scoot and shoot missiles or fire off suicide drones that will hit transport ships.an any expert like goatse guy or someone else tell me how the US cant defend Hormuz Strait laymanlike?
Hey they can still shoot things they might need to construct a big slingshot though.Seeing so many Xperts claiming that Trump knocking out their power grid doesn't matter because "FOR IRAN, THIS IS AN EXISTENTIAL THREAT FOR SURVIVAL! THEY'LL NEVER COMPLY!"
Hey, dipshits, without electricity, they literally cannot function. They won't have an economy, they won't have communication, they won't have half their surviving military assets, and eventually, they won't even have water.
Sure, those cowardly bastards at the top can probably survive in their mountain bunkers for a few weeks on rations and generators, but what does it matter when their military grunts who actually operate the equipment can't shoot anything?
Going back to the standard delete every piece of even tangentially militarily related infrastructure doctrine. I see you TrumpVer archivo adjunto 8735880
President Trump gives Iran 48-hour ultimatum to open Strait of Hormuz or else the U.S. military will "obliterate" various power plants.

Nice spiel, i think you are a racist thoughSo disappointing but not surprised how cucked EU countries are. Alot of the disturbances that happens in EU is sponsored by Iran backed terrorist groups. Every time it's Christmas some sand nigger runs it down with a car in Germany, or stabbings in UK etc. For fucks sake the western world have been at conflict with Iran for decades. In the past when Obama drone striked the shit out of middle East and toppled a regime he got back up from EU. But since they don't like Trump they would rather be passive and raped by terrorists. I get it, Trump can be rude and autistic as fuck but these cowardly inbred EU leaders are making me mati. I for one hope USA and Israel wins this shit (and personally I don't like Israel) but compared to Iran, they ARE gods chosen people. Also want to thank the people that share news and such in the thread. But I will say one "positive" thing about this, the AI slop Iran produces is fucking hysterical. Jeet level of self awareness.
Izzat posting will never not be funnyI don't know how many times I can say these people are insane, but these people are fucking insane

When you knock out the the functionality of your enemy by systematically blowing their infrastructure up..... they win chudSeeing so many Xperts claiming that Trump knocking out their power grid doesn't matter because "FOR IRAN, THIS IS AN EXISTENTIAL THREAT FOR SURVIVAL! THEY'LL NEVER COMPLY!"
