bunker busters seem to be doing the job on any hardened positions they have just fine, i'm not sure why a nuclear weapon would be needed. those things aren't exactly easy to manufacture in comparison to conventional ordinance, and nothing so far has been resilient to our ground-piercing munitions, and we're the ones who are handling all the bunker busting from all appearances.
