I used to use something very similar to this Chime thing back before my work clamped down on shit like that. While it is Fintech and not a proper bank, the billpay side of things should be normal enough -- probably run though Bancorp or maybe Stride. In the unlikely event that they don't do recurring payments, you can always just send in a larger one-off to cover multiple months -- worked fine for me.

As far as i can tell theres is a 20 with lolcow llc written on it going to the po box mission acomplished

Also i think chime can do automatic monthy payments but its either called somthing else or is deep in the menu folds some were and i cant find it.
