I don’t really disagree with dominating weaker countries though. It’s natural that big strong states like America or China will influence small weak ones. I just think we should try to make those relationships mutually beneficial and stable.

What is this supposed to mean? We and the rest of NATO gave Ukraine $200b+ worth of weapons and economic aid and all it did was push the Russians back in Kharkiv, Kherson, and up north in 2022 with 2023 ending in a stalemate and 2024-2025 looking rather unfavorable.
The only thing that the US could do to force Russia into giving up would be to utilize our vastly superior air force to bomb important facilities in Siberia and shit. The issue here is that both sides have nuclear weapons and fairly modern/cold war era ICBM's so it just becomes a lose-lose situation as both can threaten each other with nuclear war; It's not like the US or Russia are completely covered in air defense systems like how Israel is meaning that the rate of interceptions for these weapons would be too low to matter.

Russia isn't getting involved because it doesn't have the resources. And if it did, it couldn't move them into the theater without getting annihilated. The USAF/USN/IAF have ~400 fighter jets and dozens of electronic warfare/EWACs aircraft already positioned. It'd be like sending an infantry battalion to charge a machine gun bunker with no cover, no flanking opportunity, just go ahead and get shot with no chance

China isn't getting involved because it has no way to transfer People's Liberation Army Air Force planes into theater, or the supplies necessary either. China is a long way away from Iran. The People's Liberation Army Navy (yes that's its real name lol) doesn't have the capability to send a large fleet to the western Indian Ocean to tangle with the USN either. It doesn't have a way to supply such a force so far away from China. Such a fleet couldn't bring enough naval aircraft to protect itself from getting wrecked by USAF and USN planes. And I'm sure there are several Virginia and Los Angeles class SSNs, maybe one of the Seawolf class too, creeping around the Indian Ocean just in case

Humvees and APCs have reportedly been geolocated near Diana in northern Iraq, roughly 50 km from the Iranian border, with footage suggesting a transfer of vehicles into the Kurdistan Region. The deployment could indicate preparations for expanded operations along the border, where U.S. forces and Kurdish groups have previously coordinated intelligence and military support.

russia is busy in ukraine they don't have the capacity to get involved
china is too far away and they don't have the power projection to reach iran in large enough numbers

also neither russia nor china are interested in getting into a shooting war with america directly
