Phil was a lot more amusing to me when I imagined that he speaks in his silly stream voice 24/7 and knowing that's how he actually sounds makes him infinitely more pathetic.

He had this magical pig touch where he'd screw up in inconceivable ways. The old TIHYDPs were and still are pretty hilarious.

This is so incredibly true. He and I played Lords of the Fallen at the *same time* on release on the same platform. I had exactly one bug where after a cutscene the game would crash and I had to redo the boss once, and the boss was trivial. You gotta see his playthrough, I swear the engine itself hated him. I also beat the game faster with a career, real marriage and multiple kids. Like a couple hours a day to play.

I haven't watched it yet and people here are saying that Khet isn't innocent victim, which is true.

Kat is not an innocent 'victim' at all. There are two cases:

1. She is really in love with Phil - therefore, she must be equally shit person, or truly gullible and easy to manipulate. She made the conscious decision to be bound to him for life. She is complicit in Phil manipulating his dents, being a shameless grifting fuck. Therefore, she will be trolled and I will not feel bad for her.
2. She is riding the gravy train - clearly, Khet's life would have been a lot worse if not for Phil. So she's just making the best out of the situation. This would mean she is conscious of the situation, the type of person Phil is, and is deliberately taking advantage of him in order to sustain her lifestyle. Naturally, this will get her trolled and i will once again not feel bad for her.

This all depends on what you think of their relationship which is up to speculation.

As for the call, she did nothing wrong by being annoyed at her manchild husband talking on the phone in the middle of the night. Probably did not know it was being streamed.

If you ask me, she comes across as a very insecure, jealous and mean person. However, nowhere near Phil levels, so she looks semi-normal compared to him.

So is he rich or poor and if he’s rich how is he rich? I only really know of DSP from the casino and PPP goes back and forth from saving his poor and broke, and that he is making six figures a year. If he does make six figures how is that even possible doesn’t he only get a few hundred viewers per stream and it seem like he makes minimum wage streaming in terms of his donos.

He's been alienating more and more dents in recent times, even outright banning some. I wonder just how many of the donations (besides the elusive Anonymous) are actually fake.

He makes good money since he has 1-2 whales with deep pockets that just throw money at hims. He makes around 150 bucks a stream so 300 bucks a day for 6 out of 7 days. There are fees and Youtubes share but there also is the Kick partner program and AdSense and a few other small pockets of income.

The problem is that he is spending the money he gets asap on the most retarded bullshit. Guy declared bancrupcy because he coudln't stop playing and paying for a WWE gacha game.

The only way Phil could reform is to leave the internet, completely. The internet is the root of all his problems and I don't mean the trolling either. The internet enables and indulges all of his worst impulses and personality traits. Ever since the earliest documented times of him being extremely online way back in the late 90s/early 2000s, we have seen the roots of what he is today, and it's clear nearly 30 goddamn years later that as long as he's online, he will not be able to resist being Phil Burnell the unlikable prick in some way or another.

I would be fascinated to see what he might be like if he truly, completely detached and detoxed from the internet for a year, let alone permanently. The core of him would still remain, of course, but still. It would be his one and only hope. Like many lolcows, as it happens.

Idk from what little we heard of his childhood he always was a narc dickhead whose greatest joy in life was lording over others for having the most expensive stuff instead of genuine enjoyment of the stuff itself. (or kicking other people down like scrubs in games through exploits.). The internet just allowed him to monetize this behavior and make a living out of it. Part of his addiction to spending money on useless crap must be motivated to make imaginary detractors jealous.
Without it, I could see him becoming a personal lolcow of some sorts, unless an extreme regimen of meds and conditioning could control the PP Burnell personality into a more functional adult.

Just on the Kat thing: I'll never have sympathy for someone who chooses to stay in a relationship they claim to hate (or that's clearly a shitty relationship, I don't think Kat's ever claimed to hate it). Phil makes six figures a year and has for well over a decade, though the number definitely goes up and down. Last year it was actually up again. This is because despite having a small audience, he is in an extremely unique situation where he has conditioned a handful of whales to support his entire life. There was once an official Twitch graphic that showed DSP, of all people, had the most supportive audience on the entire site, or at least one of the top ranked, because of how much support he gets from the relatively small audience he has.

Is he rich, though? No. For one thing, ~100-150k isn't what it used to be. On top of that, he lives in an expensive suburban area in an expensive state. He is a degenerate consoomer who literally doesn't know what a rainy day fund is (I'm not kidding, that's a real cip, where he thinks that's a fund you use to buy things and entertain yourself on a rainy day). Money burns a hole in his pocket and he must spend it.

Most importantly, he is a mobile game addict, who has spent six figures worth of money on one game we know of, WWE Champions, and could very well have spent much more than we even realize across other mobile games.

Should he be rich by now? Probably. He's made millions of dollars over his "career".

It's all gone. I would be genuinely shocked if he has even 10k in any kind of retirement account right now.

He has so many baffling traits. The thing that makes him happiest in life is hoping, and thinking he's successful at making people jealous. No one without major mental issues and over the age of 12 is jealous. I'm not even exaggerating, Phil, Id kill myself if I had your life. No one is jealous of your rgbs and electronics.

And look at how emotional he gets over VIDEO GAMES. He's fucking 43 years old and cares about being good at fucking video games. No one actually gives a shit about that, but it's so easy to get him riled up over it.

I forgot why I even started typing this. Just trying to understand how someone like him exists screws my head up. Just imagine being so egotistical, caring about nothing other than people being jealous of you...and then having to live with being the laughing stock of the internet and being afraid of leaving your house. Its too bad he's too much of a sissy boy to even attempt suicide.

Phil's income is really not "rich person" territory in 2026. I know people that work in IT, teachers, cops, nurses, city workers, etc., that make just as much, if not more, than him, once you factor in things like health insurance, retirement, benefits, etc. These people also usually have husbands/wives that make around the same amount. Meanwhile, Phil has Khet working at Plato's Closet part time. He also has an addiction to spending money and no financial management skills at all (lol Business Major) and lives in a very expensive part of the US.

Oh, and they don't have to worry about losing a whale and their income dropping by 33%. They just show up for work.
