It appears as if the founder just rage quit the project, accusing the new leadership of unethical behavior, and the company is sending out "WARN Act" letters via First Class Mail, which is usually followed by mass layoffs. Its a law that handles mass layoffs due to plant-closing, and the letter states that the studio will close on February 2nd and that the studio cannot cover the current payroll cycle...
