Its probably been stated, but even if the gun was removed from his holster by an ICE agent, in the scuffle another ICE agent could've seen that the gun was now gone, without realizing who took it, and assumed the suspect had it, given how shifty with his pockets/jacket he was being in the video. It's like 5 dudes scrambling to get a guy who had a gun down. Could be a rightful shoot, or an otherwise avoidable shoot, but it's a difference without any real significance.

How liberals think guns work according to movies:

• You can shoot sideways and still have accurate shots
• The gun always has a full magazine, and you don’t have to spend time loading more bullets between gun fights
• You can just pick up a gun and have perfect accuracy with it, no need to go to a gun range to practice
• All black rifles = assault rifles (and every rifle is an AR-15)
• All small pistols, especially if black = glock
• You can have a 1 v 5 gun fight and come out alive with little to no injuries
• You don’t have to worry about a bullet ricochet and injuring yourself
• Recoil after shooting a shotgun won’t give you a bruise

There’s probably more, but these are what I could think of off the top of my head. The infinite magazine is probably the most common inaccuracy I see with gun depictions in movies.

This Minneapolis stuff is the one thing that has gotten my gaming friend to care about politics in the entire time I've known him. He recently also had his first kid so he's probably looking at things from a different perspective, but still, this is the thing that's red-pilling him. He has been flabbergasted by the whole thing.

He texted me trying to make sure he was understanding it properly, because it is kind of insane when you think about it: There was an known fraud ring perpetrated by Somalians in Minnesota which was ignored for years, and when undeniable evidence went viral about it they still tried to deny it, then when ICE shows up to kick them out all the liberals fight tooth and nail to protect the Somalians from facing any consequences for destroying their city.
