Yes, this is what it looks like to me now, watching that same video in slo-mo. Green saw Grey extract the gun from Alex, thus recognizing Alex as an Armed Suspect and drawing his own gun as a response. Then with Alex having the status of Armed Suspect, perhaps Green then fired the first shot because he couldn't see Alex's hands from his fetal position, interpreting the position as Alex possibly reaching for a gun at his waist. All of this could've been by trained instinct with a little more than a second between draw and shot. I have no idea whether this is within legal bounds as it seems to be right at the threshold, but I think it's at least worth recognizing that an armed suspect relieved of one gun does not give certainty that he doesn't have another gun.

1) Put themselves in situations they were not supposed to be in at all
2) Then escalated those situations at multiple points (bringing a gun, using your car as a weapon, ...) where they could have just left, or listened to what Law Enforcement asked of them
3) They escalated said situation to the point they were breaking laws, and they ignored orders from Federal Law Enforcement multiple times
4) This then proceeded to culminate in a life threatening fight or flight scenario for multiple people involved where split second decisions must be made
5) They paid the ultimate price for their idiotic behavior because law enforcement chose the fight option, their bravado and lack of accountability got them killed

Tl;dr: these 2 retards actively went out of their way to get there, then chose confrontation and then resisted arrest while endangering others all the way through through extremely reckless behavior

So yeah, I understand why people mock the imbeciles who think nothing could happen to them when picking a fight with heavily armed people trained to deal with these sort of situations.
