The question hinges on what the shooter reasonably perceived. He was not experiencing slow-motion video from multiple angles.
Exactly, people have a failing understanding of self defense laws. One officer says he has a gun, agent unholsters gun in the middle of a scuffle thinking the perpetrator is grabbing it, unloads into the perpetrator. That's the series of events, whether or not the gun was disarmed is irrelevant, the moment the phrase "he has a gun" was uttered the agent reasonably feared for his life because he was in the middle of a scuffle

Something pretty funny that's going on is that China is pulling back financial support for Africa.

article about China pulling back from Africa

They realized that Africa is full of these primitives who are just as likely to steal the money and material you're sending them as to actually use it. The Africans also have a bad habit of destroying or letting critical infrastructure rot instead of maintaining it, which defeats the entire point of the loans China was giving to many of these African states.

As I say to people who bitch about Western loans to Africa being exploitive. Our loans became like that for the same reason a person with bad credit gets more restrictions.

Africa is just too corrupt, the few spots that are stable like Botswana are at perpetual risk of neighbor’s shit spilling over, and their politics are just too unstable. Most of the world’s active conflicts are ongoing in that continent. I literally read an article the other day about the Sudan war is likely spilling over into South Sudan.

Forever the greatest African image ever

You can see at 0:18 the man in the grey has the suspect's gun in his hand. He got it from the back of the man's waistband and started walking away. At 0:19 the first shot was fired. At that moment he was unarmed and there was no longer a lethal threat. The DHS has only identified one gun that deemed him as a threat and it was taken off of him before he was shot.

It's a messy situation but setting up a timeline is the right thing to do. I don't care if I'm called dumb for it, the gun that the DHS identified as the weapon was taken off of him and was being moved away from the scene when he was shot.
EDIT: Including photos to show the man in gray had the gun.
Probably end up being a double post, but yes you're a retard. I posted nearly the same timeline but included the part before it which you intentionally left out. The agent pulled his gun out and was getting in position to shoot the retard before he was disarmed. I don't think he noticed the retard was disarmed. If you think you can armchair say "in 500-1000 milliseconds I would have known he was disarmed and wasn't a threat anymore and not shot him" you're being dishonest. You're not hyped up with adrenaline and having whistles and 500 other things happen around you.

Maybe commie dipshits should stop fucking with law enforcement if they already see them as violent, fascist thugs just looking for an excuse to kill.
Maybe it is heckin brave and heroic to die for the cause of justice even when you have no chance of winning or changing anything because that’s when you know you’re only motivation is doing what is RIGHT!

One of the most bizarrely-functional and stable countries there is Namibia. Must be the German influence.
Hell, Zambia isn’t doing too bad for itself from what I hear.
Southern Africa is kind of split down the middle in terms of doing okay and doing shit.
Zimbabwe has simmered down but it’s still a shithole. Mozambique is getting infiltrated by Islamists in the north of it. Malawi is another backwater shithole. South Africa is pretty self explanatory.

Honestly they should know better than to invest so much into signal boosting this type of thing considering how fast steam ran out regarding the Good shooting. Anyone serious about realpolitik knows that in order to have an effective leftist martyr you need to select for a black drug addict criminal.

I agree with you. I've been saying it for hours now. It was clear from the first video. It's a chaotic situation, but you otter have better trigger discipline than that if you're a cop. Also strange the guy who grabbed the gun didn't say anything (that we can hear anyway) and just immediately started running away.

I saw that too but it wasn't intentional that I left it out. They're not cops they're still LEOs, and they still killed a US citizen.
Looking back at the footage from the other angle, the man that shot him (circled in red) had a clear view of the man as he was on the ground. In fact he was standing right beside the man in gray (circled in blue) as he grabbed the gun from the waistband. The shooter would have had an extremely clear view of the gun being removed from that perspective.
