Further videos have surfaced of the ICE shooting this morning showing that the man in question did not approach ICE with a drawn weapon and was instead recording them with his phone.


More video angles are slowly trickling out from protestors at the scene appearing to show that the ICE agents successfully took the victim's gun(matching the image released by ICE) out of its holster and walked away with it before any shots were fired.

These videos also show the man was first shot while laying against the ground, lurching upward after the first shot hits him.

In this video it is clear that the first shot is fired by the officer who draws his pistol for no apparent reason and then shoots the guy while both his hands are still on the ground.
