Who cares about Alaska? That place is legit only for a few retarded niggers, and I think one R/drama poster who gave up living there and now lives in India trying to find a sex slave, lol.

"High paying jobs" in Alaska means living in a tool shed where you shit in a bucket.

Fucking hellhole is just a frozen Haiti.

Corn can be processed into ethanol, a shitty additive they've mandated (in most states) into motor fuel for "emissions reductions" and other bullshit reasons. i.e. we get shittier gas because they (Iowa corn growers) get gov't subsidies to grow corn to mix into our gas.
Im starting to think these Republicans really are not for reducing government power.

Threatening Canada rules so hard. The next time I see a Canadian, I am going to be like, "Hey! Fuck you! You exist because of my splendor, you fucking leech maple syrup chugging nigger." - Actually, I guess I can do that right now.

Don't forget to call him "Terminally fat and short" and to "Get hit by a bus"

This looks more like a very late noticing by Rufo, and not an explicit Trump policy. As far as I can tell, this refers to an existing SBA program that was last updated under Biden.

Minorities used to apply to this program simply by claiming they were a minority, and the SBA accepted that claim under "preponderance of evidence" (i.e. you can prove you're black by sending in a picture). Others were required to submit a narrative as part of the application. Once you proved you're a minority, then you got "presumption of social disadvantage", which is hilarious if you spend 2 seconds thinking about what that means.

Then a lawsuit in 2023 ruled the SBA can't just hand out gibs under a "presumption of social disadvantage", for obvious reasons. So the SBA now requires all minorities to submit a narrative complaining about how they're being held down by The Man, society, racism, etc. The narrative isn't a new thing, the Biden Admin just expanded its use to keep handing out money to the people who already qualified for it. The guide Rufo is complaining about is explaining how to write that narrative.

(The guide link on that page is dead, I attached it as a PDF if anyone is interested.)

I mean, a white man could try the script of, "I believe my application for a bank loan was denied because of bias towards my race," in this program, right? The administration seems willing in general to entertain using tools like Title 9 against the left, so why not this?
Sure. It's right there at the top of the guide.

1a is the usual American open-ended anti-discrimination standard, that doesn't list specific races. It has to be structured that way, otherwise it would fail the Equal Protection jurisprudence tests all the non-discrimination stuff is based on. The problem is these programs are run by the people who will use whatever discretion or power they have to only recognize minorities as suffering discrimination.

If Trump was aware of this program, he'd probably order it changed and opened to white guys too. But this particular program also requires that "the discrimination or bias experienced by an individual is chronic, substantial, and has occurred within American society". That's going to be a high bar to clear for a one-time rejection based on being white; it may be "substantial", but proving it's "chronic" would be harder.

So this isn't something Trump implemented, it's an old program that just hasn't received the cleansing fire of the god-emperor's wrath yet.

Is this how the average commie felt when Kruschev came over here and started banging his shoe on the podium? We will destroy you! We will destroy you!

If Trump was aware of this program, he'd probably order it changed and opened to white guys too. But
"the President occupies a unique position in the constitutional scheme. His duties, which range from faithfully executing the laws to commanding the Armed Forces, are of unrivaled gravity and breadth." - Trump v. Vance, 591 U.S. 786 (2020)

I think it's rather fair to expect that Trump knows the laws he is supposed to be "faithfully executing".

That aside, Trump admin DOES know about it. I found this out by a Google search.

They don't appear intent on dismantling or reworking it

I wish that Trump's full-time job was solely to be foreign policy president so that we could have a separate guy who gave a shit about ending riots and punishing libs for crimes they commit in real life on camera.
So, like European style?

They're not gonna let this fag speak, right?
They %100 will, to show the 'approved' American 'ally'. Problem is, they should know mutts in the states rarely give a shit if an EUfag approves of the leader of their country or not.
