Pretty slow speech. Seems like he's mentioning accomplishments and calling out protestors in Minnesota (also calling Somalis dumb and poor).
Expect a digital version of that thick doc he showed off before tossing on the floor. Aside from that, I don't think he's announcing anything. In his own words he said that the fake media wasn't showing what the administration was doing so he opted to talk about it himself.

To be fair, he makes a good point that no one reports on this shit unless he does. I don't like it either, you can just skip to the part he does questions later.

Blame Obama for being the retard who took away the law that said the media had to cover things fairly.
