There are no good numbers these days since states have either under-reported their crime, flat out refused to at all, or in some cases, have cooked the books and have marked men with obviously dark skin as “white”. (There is currently an effort on Twitter to use AI to identify the race of mugshots. It has 99% accuracy by looking for common phenotypical differences, but I haven’t heard any news in a while)
