One thing Fanny will truly fall upon the sword to defend is that Lynn is, essentially, "born kinky." However, I do find it interesting that her readers seem desperate for literally any kind of shakeup. Wow, I took a serious vacation from updating this thread - I didn't even realize it'd been so long! That's what happens when cows dry up or become too monotonous, I suppose. My apologies; allow me to amend this.

I read through Fanny's askbox and it's really mostly more of the same, but I saved the most interesting tidbits to make for an update that wasn't completely insurmountable. But as always, we start off with the art, and... whew, the holiday season was not kind to Fanny's improvement one bit. Let's dive in.

Someone did, indeed, pay money for this. Since it's supposedly "the commissioner and her girlfriend" according to Fanny, this is probably two gross men IRL.

I feel like she really picked their interests out of a hat rather than thought about the sort of people they might be and therefore what they may have been inclined towards - Lynn as a musical fan just seems out of step with the kind of person she's depicted as, but then again Fanny doesn't seem to have a solid grasp on either her or Cyrus anymore.

One of her freaky fans requested that she draw their incontinent character having her urethra plugged up to prevent further accidents. The lack of effort in the commissions is amazing; being a pervert must be hard if you actually wanted good art of your deranged fantasies. Can't say I feel pity for them, but still.

Fanny only has 3 jokes: Cyrus is a pedophile, Lynn is his accomplice and Kate thinks Cyrus is a pedophile. This is from the AU in which Kate marries Cyrus after high school, I believe, which has strong potential as an insane source of drama and angst, but we all know Fanny is allergic to anything compelling.

A man beats his long-suffering wife in front of his mistress, who is young enough to be his granddaughter. This one caught my eye because Fanny insists upon Lynn's heterosexuality (whereas Isabelle, Christianna/macthedke's character, is bisexual) but she's still forced to engage in homosexual contact for Cyrus' amusement. Honestly, it'd be the only way Fanny would ever have sex with a woman either, so it checks out.

Fanny photobashed pictures of Lou Diamond Phillips (L) and Hettienne Park (R) together to give us the terrifying glimpse into a world where Cyrus and Lynn might be real. 3/10, Fanny - I like the style, especially compared to your usual colorful dreck, but you did not make Cyrus nearly gigantically fat enough.

Another commission, supposedly a "selfshipping" portrait of the commissioner and Cyrus together. Very polite of Fanny to make what was probably a literal toad into a doe-eyed ambiguously brown girl, though; that must really help beat back any allegations of racism.

Lynn has a nightmare where we get to see her Glasgow scars torn open, arguably the closest we'll ever see to a depiction of the LTE (Lynn's Traumatic Event). I think it's one of the cooler things Fanny has drawn, but the knowledge that she finds female agony so erotic is really the spookiest part about it.

Fanny flies close to the Laikaposting sun by drawing a silly doodle of Lynn new-boot-goofin' in some heels with paws on the front. Tell me this shit doesn't look identical to her Laika days, I dare you! Maybe she's feeling less and less self-conscious about it...

Yet another commission, featuring a commissioner's character being the one to ruin Lynn's life instead of Cyrus. Honestly, Fanny, you need to learn to draw fat girls if you're going to draw so many of them, because Jesus Christ she looks ridiculous.

To celebrate hitting 30,000 followers on Twitter and 5,000 on Bluesky, Fanny draws a picture depicting Cyrus and Lynn as borderline religious figures carried by a seething, anonymous mass of hands without faces. Her illustrations often have a way of making me think comics are her forte if just because her compositions and palettes always suck wicked ass.

Cyrus' fat ass eats Lynn's edibles yet again, so she decides to eat his ass about it in return. I do find Lynn's increasing junkieness to be a fun facet to her character, but Fanny refuses to do anything truly dark with it like giving her a problem with actual painkillers (which she might even have prescribed due to chronic pain from LTE). Instead, I have to see her cornholing this gargantuan pedophile as if that's worthy of a 14-panel comic.

Now for her asks. These are reverse-chronological as I just sort of kept reading until I stopped finding anything that looked like it'd generate discussion.

Oh, so Fanny's just really embracing the whole "drugging your partner and raping them while they're under the influence" element of Lynn's drug use, is she? She's really in a Groundhog Day loop in her artwork.
