This is just an overly complex way of saying they can't hold enough thoughts in their head simultaneously or long enough to simulate logical connections between them, which is just intelligence quotient. He's absolutely wrong that isn't primarily just a matter of low IQ people.
That's all it is the vast majority of the time and the rest who might be able to come up with a coherent though in a subject that doesn't clash with thier own invested political worldview are just knowingly lying or in denial to a point where thier simulation gets cut off prematurely and they default to emotion. There's no need to come up with entirely new analogies to describe what we've already established scientifically.

Whenever I see the Handmaid's Tale LARPers show up, I think sexual fetish meet-up. Its the most obvious sort of sleaze oppression porn out there and these women into it think of their porn as some sort of bold political statement. Its not.
Its embarrassing.
CNN has so little confidence in the entertainment value of the riots that they are running a Chevy Chase documentary right now. And over on MSNBC Mark Kelly is crying his eyes out over his own problems to Rachael Maddow rather than them talking about the riots.
This should have been the big night to do something and they are doing nothing. It seems like its all run its course. But hopefullly someone will show some spirit and give us a riot.

This is true for most streamers though. Woke.net has an interest in protecting their leftist protestors but a lot of the good, ruthless happening watch multistreams would get knocked down and sent to platforms irrelevant Dlive or self host. Woke.net is useful for determining crowd size and what cities are active. If its a large crowd in a specific city you have a higher chance of a riot, but to properly determine the chance of a riot you need to see how many black males are involved. From what I've seen of these protests, its mainly white women so the odds of looting and arson are low. When you get black guys into a frenzy they quickly notice the police are overstretched and go off to loot some

The other thing about protests is that black men who are not protesting have a real good radar for when the police are overcommitted or losing control over things. They also look for signals. When the city of minneapolis (and walz) just let the protestors overrun a police station in minneapolis during George Floyd, that was a clear signal that everything for up for grabs and anyone could get away with anything.
There were far more people in Minneapolis who took advantage of the George Floyd Riots to do whatever they wanted than there were people who cared about George Floyd.

That's true now. Back in the middle of the 2020 chimpouts, the feds protecting the Portland courthouse made a couple of arrests out of nowhere, and someone revealed they were watching Twitch streams for intel. Woke stopped streaming for a few days, came back on a delay and would blackout any stream that showed what was really going on.
They'll also stay on the boring speakers on megaphones longer than other streams, that go looking for something interesting. You can get a good view of which organizations and affinity groups are present by who gets on the mic.

Minneapolis has been woke for as long as woke has been a thing. It's the Lutherans and their Norwegian heritage. They mean well, but they're naive and easily influenced and guilt tripping and emotional blackmail is very effective against them. Scandinavians are orderly and systematic and thats why they thrive, but only when it's just them. It just doesnt work when you introduce subsaharans or muslims. The Norwegian culture is extremely high trust but that requires homogeneity to work.
