In the news thread every resident leftoid's argument is pure emotion (She was a MOM! Bootlicker!) mixed with comically bad understandings of use of force. It's a fool's errand trying to convince them.

Noem's story is that an ICE vehicle was stranded in the snow. I'm presuming that was the vehicle in front. Noem claims the victim was obstructing officers from getting to it, and had been "stalking" them throughout the day along with others who had gathered to harass/protest the stranded officers. Noem also said there were no active bodycams.
