In the instance of what happened? I think if the person had stepped out of the car and allowed themselves to be taken away by ICE law enforcement officers they may of gotten some sort of charges related to obstruction and impeding the work of federal personnel but beyond that I have no idea. Car could of also ended up impounded somewhere else as well.
