Black Americans don't view black immigrants as a part of their group. Black America is a culture in itself and has more ideological diversity than you might think. Immigrants will obviously sometimes integrate (not often though; they're still niggers) but for the most part Black Americans view first-gen immigrants as intruding on their turf.
