2. Territory clause: It's still an autonomous territory like Guam. Greenlanders are allowed to vote for statehood.
3. Removal of all economic barriers: Trade and resettlement between the US and Greenland should be equivalent with interstate trade.

Greenland could not become a state because there has to be a population of 60,000 to meet the threshold.

However I'm curious to see what happens if Israel or the US strike again, if too much civilians are killed or civilian areas are hit, I expect a rally around the flag effect for the regime.
