The Lebanese "Nidaa al-Watan" (anti-Hezbollah) newspaper reports from its sources that Lebanon has received a reassuring message from Western capitals and American circles that if Israel decides to continue the war with Hezbollah, it will refrain from harming the state's institutions and will not attack them on the condition that they do not intervene in favor of Hezbollah. It was also reported that the Lebanese citizens will be given safe corridors to leave the areas controlled by Hezbollah with freedom to move to areas that are safer. Regarding the nature of the expected Israeli attack, the newspaper states that the escalation will be of a higher quality than what is happening now and will include airstrikes and a limited landing of forces aimed at warehouses and sites that were not damaged by airstrikes, without the use of a large-scale ground invasion or comprehensive destruction, as happened in the villages of southern Lebanon or the Gaza Strip. It was also reported in the Lebanese newspaper that Israel's main goal is to destroy Hezbollah's weapons factories, especially the UAV and precision missile production facilities, followed by an attack on Hezbollah's military infrastructure. The sources stated that Lebanon received an indirect message that if Hezbollah gives up the precision missiles and UAVs, this will help prevent war, but Hezbollah insists And rejected this proposal and refuses to share with the state (Lebanon) in handling this issue, which increases the chance of escalation in the near term.
