I don't know if anyone's posted about it earlier in the thread, as I can't find any reference to it, but late last year an article in the Miami Herald surfaced about a hypothetical removal of Maduro by the US in conjunction with elements of the regime serving as an effective Palace Coup. The article specifically names Vice President Delcy Rodríguez and her brother Jorge as the main perpetrators, which sort of lines up with events going on right now.
