Which quite frankly they can't since those sites were hit super hard and a competent country would probably be trying to fix its fucking water problem, so even if they wanted to they can't do much of anything right now. Especially in the middle of public revolts that likely are going to topple the regime if the escape plan has already been made public through leaks to underscore how shaky the situation is.

So on one hand Russia produces its own Shahed "Geran" series drones.
On the other hand, Russia also buys drone parts from Iran to build those "Geran" drones at home.

This hypothetical scenario might have a short-term impact, but long-term Russia will likely pick up the slack domestically.
