International Law is a meme. Normies think it means something. It doesn't, not unless a fuck load of countries agree, which is fucking rare
Like all laws it also requires force to enforce, if no one is willing to enforce the law then the law doesn't matter. Its like all these people looked at Neville Chamberlain's strongly worded letters to Hitler and decided that was the best way to deal with international affairs.

I think this proves how fucking insane the us military can be when there's no political shackles keeping them from their full development, imagine what vietnam would had ended up if the us airforce was allowed to bomb hanoi, or how the us army was badly contained to be nothing more than counter guerrilas rather than go north and face the communist army in person.
How iraq and afghanistan were criminally managed by a caste of inept technocrats switching targets and goals daily.

I would argue that unilaterally disbanding the fuckin' entire Iraqi army after Bush 2.0's shock and awe campaign was just pretty goddamn stupid but I suppose technocrats are a part of that, sure.

Good christ I hope the "VP" of Venezuela or whatever decides to take over the military and not make waves so we don't have to do a repeat of that shitshow.

Irish "people" are the worst. They love cosplaying as third worlders. I've seen multiple Irish put on a keffiyeh and call themselves "paddystinians"

Forgive them, they know not what they do. They just know that Ghaddafi gave them lots of light machine guns, heavy machine guns, semtex, etc via the IRA and other groups. They have a weird soft spot for socialism and mooslambs that they probably wouldn't otherwise have if they hadn't spent about three centuries trying to stab/shoot/bomb brits via every mechanism possible.

21st Century warfare , it's over before the anti-war crowd can even get out of bed.... he ate churro for breakfast, and prison food for dinner, pretty impressive.
The morale factor is a big one too, Brazil constantly receives starving Maduro troops seeking asylum, they cross the entire amazon jungle and ditch their gear at the border.
Not even the military is getting food rations, i doubt they get any proper pay, the only people seemingly still loyal and able to put a fight are the colectivos, which are street gangs affiliated with the goverment, which lets them rule their slums without worry from the police or army in exchange for support when there's protests.

Look at those people, you can get them the best russian or iranian missile or drones or tanks, good luck making them hold their positions and not flee immediately when they have a starving family at home and they are risking their necks for less than 300$ a year
