The biggest issue with going against Vivek is election fraud/shenanigans. Reps don't cheat nearly to the level as Dems, especially when it comes to general elections, but they will still use tactics and sometimes stuff the ballot box when they feel threatened. Most likely, they'll just either run someone to split the vote, while continuing to endorse Vivek, or have all their pundits put Vivek as the "conservative" and "America-loving" candidate against Casey. But they will cheat when necessary. Lisa Murkowski lost her primary in 2010 in Alaska, but won as a fucking write-in candidate for a federal senator election. That one was just the most blatant.
