I don't know how much more proof you need to realize that if you are a democrat you can do literally anything and get away with it. The law only applies to White people and conservatives, especially White conservatives. This man could go up on stage and assassinate Donald Trump at point blank range on camera and he's still have his position and all you'd get is a speech from J D Vance about how mean he is. Republicans refuse to wield even a modicum of power because they exist to lose and nothing else. It is genuinely cartoonish how pathetic and spineless everyone right of center is.
 
My proposals to combat H1Bs with red tape:
New regulation says if you get a federal contract you have to only hire Americans for the job. No exceptions.

All important jobs like construction, transportation (including rideshares), factory workers, meat packing plants, and farms, etc require English language proficiency for safety, health, hazard avoidance, and national security.

Employees could be spot checked just like truckers and their license for work in that field revoked if they're not a legal citizen/qualified to work in the country and can speak English.
Employers can be penalized for issuing licenses to illegals and non-English speakers.

U.S. economy grows by 4.3% in third quarter, much more than expected, delayed report shows​

The U.S. economy grew at a much bigger-than-expected pace in the third quarter, boosted by strong consumer spending, a delayed report released Tuesday showed.

U.S. GDP expanded by 4.3% in the July-September period, the Commerce Department said in its initial reading of third-quarter growth. Economists polled by Dow Jones expect a gain of 3.2%.

My understanding is e-verify would help in some circumstances but it can be worked around by illegals and since it's just checking your work status it wouldn't stop H1Bs at all since they're legally allowed to work in the country.
There was some factory or something that got raided earlier in the year and a bunch of illegals got picked up who were working there and the employer's excuse is everyone passed the e-verify check.
It can be included but I think it shouldn't be the sole red tape making using illegal and otherwise foreign workers obnoxious to the point of being undesirable.

The doomers and the idiots who bitch that the announcement of investigations doesn't end with the announcement of public executions immediately seem to have lost sight of the fact that a situation that got fucked over a span of decades can't be properly fixed in a span of minutes.

He's not going to do any time. Once he's out of office he's out of their hair, and anything they try to do to him afterwards is only going to martyr him, energize his base and make him a king maker.
He'll be endorsing people from a jail cell and those people will win in a landslide.
Look what happened the last time they tried to use the law against him. It ended up being the first time Republicans won the popular vote in 2 decades.
