It's sort of comparable to snipers I guess where shock factor and psychological impact are just part of the job. Like snipers will shoot a guy in the pelvis just to make him scream and call for a medic so they can shoot that guy too. Similar level of sadism we see with the drones. But while sniper footage would occasionally come out during the war on terror, and had all the same gaudy editing, at least it was filmed by a spotter and you saw things from a distance. Having so much up-close footage of guys dying in decent resolution and clear visibility has made the online psyop side of war really, really gay. I don't think it is, at least not from a purely political perspective. It is no secret right-leaning people are more likely to get married, have traditional relationships, and have children.
