This is every Asian woman. You need to watch some asian women make up tutorials and watch a 3 become an 8 in real time. The wall you see them hit around 30/40 is more about when, unless Asian laten onset diabetes has made them get puffy, they stop caring so much about their appearance vs. any actual massive shift in appearance.
You find yourself an asian who keeps up her appearance and diet you'll discover that "hot Asian MILF" is like 62.
He is extremely socially awkward. How this guy managed to get married will always be a mystery to me, but i must assume she is kinda "weird" herself. Stranger things have happened i guess. Weirdo women are just as common as weirdo men.
tl;dr: The old fashioned way: very likely church/family connections.
If you just want to get married and have her pump out some kids, get your ass to church. She won't be a model, but neither is your dumpy ass, and pretty much universally if she's over 30 and still single she's willing to settle for boring and dependable.
Its even easier if your family goes to that church and you have someone willing vouch and set things up. That removes the steps where she needs to vet you and things can progress directly into the "is this guy too much of a mutant of me to deal with his quirks for 50 years?" phase.
I have a friend who is hitting the "I don't want to sleep around anymore, I want to find a girl to settle down with" phase of his life, and every time I tell him to go find a church; with his steady job, regular bathing, and no criminal history he'll have his choice of women in their 30s willing and ready to have his children ASAP.
And every time he doesn't do that and instead sleeps around some more and big shock none of them result in a stable relationship.
