They had ample time establish a complete raid of the city of New Orleans thanks to her. Help didn't come. Evacuation wasn't mandatory. The people in the stadium had very little food, and water. All the supplies had to be rationed. They all to had to shit in fucking corners for I think somewhere around ten days because toilets became disgusting. There was no power.
