Last I heard he was appointed public defendant of the Charlie Kirk shooter at least for one of his first court appearances in Utah lol not sure if he is still representing him

He has like 4 other Clark County order of protection cases. All denied. All took months to get to "denied." Most were because he never served the other party. It will be interesting if he pays for service to Hardin but still claims he can't pay the record retrieval fee.
