I'll also add that if this chain of events had produced an all-powerful ancient Roman equivalent to AIPAC, literally the simplest way for them to advance Jewish interests would be to persuade Hadrian to fuck off from Judea instead of throwing all the legions he did to crush Bar Kokhba. It's not even without precedent, Hadrian had previously given up Mesopotamia (Iraq) without a fight after Trajan conquered it, specifically because he thought holding it would have been too much trouble (and it should not have been difficult, in light of how ferocious the Jewish resistance to the legions was, to persuade him that the same was true of that particular pit of sandniggers).
The Elders of Zion would have to be ratshit crazy to not make that most obvious move and instead favor some incredibly esoteric 2,000-year plan which would ensure they'd never see Judea itself in their lifetimes again (unless you assume they're immortal shapeshifting demons or w/e I guess) and also require them to foresee & plan for all sorts of historical developments which would have been unimaginable to anyone living in their day, like the Arab conquest & rise of Islam or the fall of Rome itself (keeping in mind that the Empire was at its strongest under the Five Good Emperors, when these men would've been alive) or the Industrial Revolution.
Martyrdom agendas are one hell of a drug. Even the Bible openly advocates for it. Also they just cannibalize their own tribesmen while the mafia bosses remain off-radar and use the bodycounts to make themselves look holier (Torquemada is a Jew, for example).

See above. If the ancient Jews had the sort of power you imagine them to, the 'yeah let's cause & roll with the Hadrianic exile' plan makes absolutely no sense. It wouldn't even make sense from a 'we must martyr ourselves' view because far from actually achieving anything meaningful in either the short or long terms as Jesus did, Bar Kokhba failed catastrophically and is considered a false messiah by today's Jews.
That would also be quite the trick when the Jewish reputation, until WW2 (which being more than 2000 years removed, the Hadrian-era Elders of Zion would have had no way of foreseeing without actual divine prophetic ability), was the opposite of being 'inherently good and benevolent'. Certainly these two words would not be the first to come to mind if you were to ask any Late Roman or medieval Christian, from the humblest pauper/serf to kings and saints and men who were both like
